Telephone:
- Do you pay for local and national calls?
- Must you use your own mobile phone?
- How cool would it be to have a video call and video message service without the need for your own computer?
- Can you make calls in the privacy of your own room?
- Would you pay $20-30 per month to have a video phone at home for your loved ones or friends to make and receive video calls and messages to each other? [No other costs just your standard broadband Internet access which you probably have anyway right?]

Internet
- Do you have in-room access?
- Must you use your own computer?
- How cool would it be to not have to take your own computer but have the facility to plug one in if you want to?

Entertainment
- Do you watch full movies after shift?
- What sport do like?
- True or False: Having 'something in the background is cool'. E.g. Extreme sports etc.
- What do you think of Foxtel?
-- Which channels do you get?
-- Which channels do you *not* care for / *not* watch?

When applying for a job or being offered a job
- To what extent are quality of life facilities [the above stuff] promoted to you as part of attracting you to a particular project?
- How confident do you feel to ask the question and state clearly that the above services should be a minimum?

FINALLY...What difference would it make if you had these services in your room?
- Easier to accept a job?
- More likely to stay in a job?
- Less pressure on your family?
